CLAIM FAQs
What should I do if my windshield cracks?
Report the damage to us or your insurance provider as soon as possible. You can report your claim online and we can assist in scheduling a convenient appointment for the glass to be replaced.
Does my insurance policy cover windshield replacement?
If your windshield is damaged by something other than a collision, it is generally handled under your comprehensive coverage. However, understand that this coverage is optional and if you do not have it, you may be on your own when it comes time to pay for repairs. If you do have it, it is often subject to a deductible. To be certain, please refer to your policy or contact your agent and/or insurance provider to confirm your specific coverage.
Will filing an RV claim count towards my insurance policy?
In many cases, insurance companies will not count RV glass damage as a claim on your policy or increase your rates. To be certain, please refer to your policy or contact your agent and/or insurance provider to confirm your specific coverage.

GENERAL FAQs
How do I know if my cracked windshield needs to be replaced?
In general, if the crack is larger than a quarter it will likely need to be replaced.
Can I drive my RV immediately once the windshield has been replaced?
It depends on what type of urethane and what type of install you have. Dry times can vary anywhere from 2 to 48 hours. Once the installation is complete, it is best to have your RV remain idle and level for the windshield to set properly. If you are unsure if the RV is ready to drive, consult with the installer or give us a call.
Will I need to bring my RV to a shop for the windshield replacement?
It depends on a few factors. Certain applications should be performed within the confines of a shop. While many gasket-set applications can be performed on-site, most glue in windshields should be done in-shop. Additionally, due to the challenges associated with transporting an RV windshield, many installers will require the replacement to take place in-shop. Depending on your specific windshield, our team of RV experts will be able to advise best practices to ensure a properly installed replacement.
If I have questions after the installation is complete, who should I contact?
Should you have any questions or concerns following the installation, please contact us at 844-910-1222.
